2015 has been a massive year for growth for Analox – so far we have increased our staff levels by 15, taking us to 69 employees. Staff are spread across all departments and we have no signs of stopping… we’re currently recruiting for another new post! With record sales in July, we’re experiencing a bumper year.
One of the reasons we have increased our levels of staff is to help improve our lead times. We do acknowledge that the time between confirming a sale and dispatching a product can sometimes not be as good as it could be and we apologise for that.
Production is currently full for September 2015 and scheduling has already begun for the final quarter of the year. In order to help us provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you let your account manager know ASAP if you have any large orders planned. This will allow them to liaise with production to ensure that your orders are dispatched as soon as possible.
We’d like to thank all of our customers for their support so far in 2015 and we want to assure you that we’re taking action to ensure that our lead times are the best they can be. There is always space to improve if you are in business, and Analox has never been one for complacency.
