London certainly delivered when 120 delegates from 20 nations assembled to attend the NATO Submarine Escape & Rescue Working Group (SMERWG) meeting hosted by the Royal Navy in the historic Victory Services Club last week.  The weather was even kind to us enabling a stunning gala dinner at the Royal Horseguards Hotel to be attended without umbrellas!
